Looking back, my journey into leadership has been anything but linear and I believe that is one of my greatest strengths.

My career began in the United Kingdom, where I worked as a teaching assistant while completing my degree in Psychology at Brunel University. Those early years took me into a wide variety of educational settings, including mainstream schools, special educational needs provision, nurseries and Pupil Referral Units. They taught me an enduring lesson: every individual has the capacity to flourish when the right environment, leadership and support are in place.

As my career developed, I discovered that while excellent teaching transforms classrooms, exceptional leadership transforms entire organisations.

That realisation has shaped every step of my professional journey.

Over the past fifteen years, I have progressed through classroom teaching, middle leadership, senior leadership and executive school leadership across the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and China. Leading within diverse international communities has strengthened my ability to build trust across cultures, lead organisational change and develop high-performing teams united by a shared purpose.

Alongside my professional experience, I have remained deeply committed to scholarship and continuous learning. I hold a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Management (with distinction), the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), and I am currently undertaking doctoral research in Positive Organisational Leadership. As a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT) and published educational writer, I am passionate about ensuring leadership practice is informed by both rigorous research and real-world experience.

I established the consultancy to help leaders and organisations move beyond simply managing people towards creating cultures where individuals experience trust, purpose, wellbeing and high performance. By combining evidence-informed Positive Organisational Leadership with practical executive experience, I partner with schools, educational organisations and individual leaders to develop authentic leadership, strengthen organisational culture and create environments where both people and performance thrive.
